Information in case records

Nexret stores the name, optional contact email, service request, case status, updates, and any withdrawal details entered by an authorized administrator. Case access codes are stored as password hashes. An access code is shown only once when created or rotated.

How information is used

Information is used to maintain a case record and display it to a person who provides the matching case reference and private access code. Administrators can access cases to provide support.

What not to submit

Do not submit wallet seed phrases, private keys, exchange passwords, or one-time authentication codes. Do not submit documents containing unrelated sensitive information.
